My goal has always been to make an Impact in the lives of the people I work with. This does not mean that I have all the answers; this is not my belief at all. I believe that my clients have all the information, tools and answers to their problems. My job is to provide you with the insight, space and encouragement to realize your life, relational, career and spiritual goals.
I find most encouragement in helping repair strained family relationships, guiding couples through relational distress, and helping sort through complex, overwhelming situations. My passion is to help individuals through identity issues, survivors attempting to overcome grief and loss, and individuals who need to gain control over destructive behaviors. I have experience in a variety of therapeutic settings including crisis intervention with children, adolescents, and families. I also have experience in therapy groups with victims of abuse and clients suffering from various addictions. Prior to working as a counselor, I worked in Christian ministry and educational settings.

“I fully believe in the power of an open, trusting, and comfortable therapeutic relationship and take great care with my clients to help foster this. Asking for help can be difficult and takes great strength. I always find myself truly honored by those who are brave enough to approach me for help in their process. I dedicate myself to their journey, and will work as hard with them as they are willing to work with me. A comfortable, honest, and mutually dedicated working relationship like this can’t possibly breed anything but forward progress.”
