Bell is a caring, compassionate person, who has a heart
bent towards the hurting. Her passion and goal in life
is to help others live lives that are wholesome, complete
and pleasing to God. God has been so merciful, kind
and loving to her, that she only has a heart to offer
the same to those who cross her path.
During her time as a credit counselor
Rochelle recognized that the problems of many of her
clients were much deeper than their finances. This understanding
along with her faith walk inspired her to pursue a Christian
counseling degree, so that she could more effectively
help clients recognize and resolve their core issues.
Rochelle Bell is a graduate of Capital Bible Seminary
where she earned a Masters degree in Christian Counseling
and Discipleship and continues to do post-graduate coursework.
She also holds a BA in Business Administration from
Delaware State College University.
Rochelle’s counseling experience
through ministry includes women, adolescents, pre-marital
and couples counseling. She also developed a women’s
counseling seminar entitled “Sister Soul Check”,
which allowed women to examine the state of the their
souls at a weekend retreat. The women gained insight
into understanding the vital importance of ensuring
that they maintain rational, relational, volitional,
emotional and physical health.
Rochelle has been happily married
for 24 years to her loving husband Anthony. She has
three children who are all working towards their degrees
in different areas of study. Her anchor scripture is
“Let us hold unswervingly
to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward
love and good deeds.”
