and have a life threatening emergency, please do not
attempt to call the office. In case of life-threatening
emergency, please call "911" or go to your nearest emergency
room, or go to Dominion Hospital Admitting at 2960 Sleepy
Hollow Road, Falls Church, Virginia 22044. Their phone

a patient of Life Christian Counseling Network. Upon
admittance, give them your therapist's name and emergency
phone number and ask them to contact your counselor.
