Linda Kline-Lau has a passion for working with hurting people and a desire to help them resolve their core issues so that they can become all that God designed them to be. Her goal is to help people uncover the true sources of “the chains that bind them” and the pain each person carries so that they can be healed, break free and live according to God’s good plan for them. She strongly believes that true healing can only come through the power and intervention of our Lord Jesus Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit.
Linda's areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, death of a parent, loss through suicide, eating disorders, anger management, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, divorce, marital counseling, multicultural marriage, bariatric surgery, and life in a blended family. Linda believes that the adversities of life and her ever-deepening relationship with God are all part of His plan to prepare her to carry out His work of helping others.
Linda completed her Practicum at Capitol Hill Pregnancy Center, and her internship at Life Christian Counseling Network. Linda was also trained as a Stephen Minister at her church where she worked for 7 years with women facing crises in their personal or marital life.
Linda received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Frostburg State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University. She is licensed in Maryland as an LCPC, and also holds National Counselor Certification.
